It's available after leveling Friendship with Woody to level 4, unlocking WALL-E and Kristoff and opening the path to the Forest of Valor and Sunlit Plateau.

Quest Text

Woody is ready to start renovating the Carousel and asks for the your help. You decide to go and ask Kristoff for advice.

Kristoff had a brilliant idea: to craft a Carousel Repair Kit. You set off in search of the materials to make it.

After fixing the Carousel's structure, there's only one matter to settle and it's the lights. You decide to ask WALL-E for help.

The little robot puts you on the trail of a brand-new fuse box for the Carousel.

Following WALL-E's Blueprints, you craft a Fuse Box. You and Woody are now ready to light up the Carousel again.

Something went wrong when Woody tried to turn on the lights on the Carousel. You need to get to the bottom of this.

A surge broke the Claw Machine and scattered some Alien Toys around the Carousel. Woody asks you to help pick up the pieces.
