Acquisition

Found by taking the raft from Dazzle Beach to the island where Ariel is first met. From the raft, walk towards the left side to the tip of the island and across the water to collect the item.

You need to have the Blue Potato in your inventory in order to be able to find it.

Use

Use the Blue Starfish to craft a Brilliant Blue Potion.
