Greetings:
- I hope you're having a nice day.
- Jack and I went to Dazzle Beach. Walking along the sand, looking out at the dark sea was very romantic.
- Hello. Oh, I like your outfit. Your tailor must be very talented.
- Are you enjoying the sunny day? We don't have many of these where I'm from.
- This place is so cheerful and bright... It's quite a change from home.
- The songbirds here sing such sweet tunes. Not like the birds in Halloween Town.

Daily Discussions
- Any suggestions for the Village?
- Are you going to cook something, Sally?
Can you see the future?
Oh. I don't... well, not exactly. |
Sometimes I have visions that show me things that might happen. |
→ Is it scary?
At times. Sometimes it's sad. Sometimes it's worrying. |
And sometimes it's hopeful. |
It can be anything the future can be, I suppose. |
→ Is it useful?
Not as useful as I'd like. Often, people won't listen. |
But Jack promised the next time I saw something, he would believe me. |
I hope that means I can help him. |
→ Can you tell my fortune?
I've never been able to command my visions. |
But if I see anything that's about you, I'll be sure to tell you. |
How did you learn to sew?
Oh, I taught myself. Out of necessity, I suppose... |
Do you enjoy sewing, PLAYER? |
→ I love it!
Really? That's wonderful. |
I'm sure you sew very well. You seem to have a magical touch. |
→ I wish I knew how.
Well, if you learn, you can sew clothes, or quilts, or other things. |
It's really very useful. |
→ It's not my thing.
I understand. Jack isn't interested in sewing either. He likes experimenting and designing frights. |
As long as it makes you happy and does no harm, any hobby can be wonderful. |
Orange or black?
Do you mean what's my favorite color? Hmm... I think it changes. |
It's not black OR orange right now. |
At the moment, my favorite color is white. The color of the snowy hill where Jack and I first truly saw one another, his face — especially when he smiles, our friend Zero... |
Oh, but I'm getting carried away. What's YOUR favorite color? |
→ Red.
Red like Santa Claus' suit!
→ Orange.
The color of ripe pumpkins, or the bright, blazing sun in Halloween Town. That is lovely.
→ Yellow.
Yellow suits you perfectly — you're so cheerful!
→ Something else...
→ Green.
XXXXXX
→ Blue.
XXXXXX
→ Purple.

XXXXXX
→ White.
XXXXXX
→ I don't have a favorite.
XXXXXX
→ ALL colors are my favorite!
Perhaps that's best — you see your favorite everywhere!
Sally, you're becoming undone.
Am I? Oh, one of my arm threads must have caught on something. |
It's not that bad. I can fix it. |
→ Are you okay?
I'll be fine. But thank you for asking. And for pointing it out. |
If you hadn't said anything, my arm might have come completely unstitched. |
→ Does it hurt?
No. Not at all. It just feels a little loose. |
And I can fix it in a moment with a needle and thread. |
→ That seems inconvenient.
It's not that bad. Everyone has little things they have to deal with. |
Luckily, I'm handy with a needle and thread. |
What's your favorite season?
Well, it's always fall in Halloween Town. I'm still trying to get to know the other seasons. |
Which of the others do you like most? |
→ I love spring!
player
I guess it's something about new beginnings...
That does sound nice.
→ Summer is a delight.
player
The nice weather, the long days... it's just idyllic!
Green leaves on trees feels a bit uncanny to me. But I'm sure I'll get used to it.
→ Oh, winter all the way.
player
Something about seeing all the trees without leaves is so beautiful.
Well, I know Jack loves the snow...
All the seasons do seem to have their own joys. I look forward to enjoying them.

Reunion ( The Woven Bridge)
Sally! Dearest!
Oh Jack, I missed you so much.
And I you! My heart was emptier than a carved pumpkin.
But I'm back now. I hope we can spend some time together.
Don't you worry. I have so much to show you!
That sounds wonderful.
First Date ( Uncanny Romance)
Sally, dearest, I have a gift for you. We can use them to make you a new needle! |
Player said you were feeling unsure. So I assumed that was because of how often your seams get ripped... |
...or you lose your limbs, and if you didn't have your favorite needle, you'd... |
"How often"? Are you saying I'm clumsy, Jack?
Well, you must admit that you do end up in pieces rather frequently.
Yes... When I'm trying to help you. I jumped out of the tower just to bring you dinner.
That WAS you! Oh Sally, don't you see, when you have the new needle, your brave feats can continue without worry.
You want me to jump out of another tower for you?!
No, no, that's not what I meant! I just thought... Oh dear.
Second Date ( Uncanny Romance)
Sally, my dearest, I'm so sorry about before. I have the utmost respect for you and I would never want to hurt you.
Thank you, Jack. I suppose we're both just a little unsure around each other after being apart for so long.
You're right. And to celebrate our reunion, I've made you this.
Oh, Jack! This is the most romantic thing you've ever given me... That wail is so chilling.
Sally, I care for you so much. Remember how close we were when we used to sit on Spiral Hill and gaze up at the night sky?
I do, Jack. I remember just how that felt. Like we simply belonged together.
Shall we get this date started properly?
I'd like that very much.
With Mike ( Decay to Grow)
Mike, you were eating the compost?
Yeah, it's great on sushi, burgers, salads — you name it! My compliments to the chef!
But Mike... I need that compost for my garden. My plants won't grow without it.
Wait... you're telling me you're NOT eating this?!
No. It's fine if you want a bit of it, but please leave some for the garden too.
Okay. Your loss. But sure, I can share!
