The Astronomy Club is a Friendship Quest available from WALL-E.

It's available after leveling Friendship with WALL-E to level 10, unlocking Prince Eric and Buzz Lightyear, unlocking Frosted Heights and finding WALL-E's memory while clearing thorns in game.

The memory required to begin the quest has a chance to appear when clearing night thorns, there's no specific area it drops from.

WALL-E is happy to have the opportunity to revive the Astronomy Club.

His attempt at inviting people by himself failed, so instead you offer to create Invitations.

Now that the Invitations have been beautifully written, you bring them to WALL-E

The club is just missing an important piece of equipment... a Telescope.
