Photo Fervor is a Friendship Quest available from Goofy. It's available after leveling Friendship with Goofy to level 8, progressing with Remy and Scrooge McDuck and unlocking the paths to the Sunlit Plateau, Forest of Valor, and the Glade of Trust.

Quest Text

Goofy wants to keep working on his scrapbook project.

You decide to take photos of Dreamlight Valley's landscape to help him do just that.

Goofy thinks the scrapbook is missing a photo of you and him. Also, you need a hat to mark the occasion.

Now that you've taken the perfect selfie, it's time to show it to Goofy.
