There has been no update from the developer about this item's removal from game, which suggests it is still intended by the developers to be available for sale in [[Scrooge's Store]].
It is possible it has a very low chance to appear in store and has not been reported by players to the wiki since it was modified in the update - or that a game bug is preventing it from appearing in Store as the developers have intended.
