Scrooge's Store time?

Has anyone seen Olaf in Scrooge's Store? Since he visits Chez Remy, I would predict he also visits Scrooge - there's currently no character that visits one daily but not the other.

If he does, I'm guessing it might be between 8pm-10pm (with Minnie and Maui), or between 12am and 2am. It's possible he'd be in another timeslot, but I'm pretty sure that I've recently played during all other time periods and haven't seen him (or it would be a time he is sleeping or eating).
