Oswald's Trumpet is a quest item which is collected during the story quest The Spark of Imagination.

It's found after inserting a Question Mark Wheel into the second rotating platform, then breaking a large rock using the Pickaxe. The trumpet is visible sticking out of the rock. After collecting, it can be placed on a pedestal next to Oswald to startle him and create another Exclamation Mark to use as a lever.
