Just wanted to add what I have found so far.

Hockey Trophies -- These seem to be only in the Castle. I have found 5, and when you click on them they give you a memory ball that you have to then also click on. I was only given 4 memory fragments so far, the other was gold. So there is a chance at not getting all six shards to complete the memory easily. The memory that this item is associated with seems to be the one that the devs posted. That of Riley celebrating her birthday with her parents.

Birthday Cake "13" -- These I have found in the Realms. Specifically Wall-E, Moana, and Ratatouille. I checked all other Realms and did not find any other items. The memory that this item is associated with is Joy, celebrating with confetti pouring down around her.

Hockey Gear -- Devs listed this as the 3rd item but I have not found any of these items yet.
