Description Possible item name/notes Source/Link
Dining chair with pale/whitish wood, straight back, unconnected legs, gray cushion A new look for Pale Wood Dining chair, maybe?
I think this one may be White Dining Chair? -- Marblemadmax (talk) 14:25, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
Also possible - I've noticed that sometimes the thumbnail images can have pretty different shades than the way the item looks once placed in the world, so maybe dark blue cushion in the thumbnail looks gray once placed? Unfortunately I don't have the item myself, so can't confirm. Lizz (talk) 20:29, 10 January 2023 (UTC)

Category Updates

I recently (~1/30-31ish/23) made a large number of changes to Categories of items, limiting it to only the items that I myself have in my furniture collection. Category used to take a single parameter, it now can take a comma-separated list. Multiple items were categorized as Decor that are not Decor -- I wasn't sure if this was possible copy-pasta when making a new page, or the items were once Decor but changed in an update. For the most part, I made the assumption that if an item had the Decor category on it, someone had once seen it with that category, and it was changed in an update, and I hypothesized that that update was 1.1.20, since I had seen at least one item (Web-Snared Tree) that had a known Category change in that update. Many of the history log updates made reflect this change. For items that were missing additional categories, I pretty much assumed that it was an oversight, and didn't make any sort of history log note. However -- both of these are assumptions, so if someone else has different information, please feel free to correct (or let me know).

Also, when an item has multiple Categories, they are listed in the same order that they appear in the menu -- not alphabetical or by what Category seems like "best fit" or some other sort method. Same method generally goes for colors, though I hadn't established this pattern at first, so there might be some outliers in the order that colors are listed. I realize it doesn't super matter, but in case the information were ever to be parsed or regexed or something, I figured it would be useful to have them in a consistent order.
