I just tried inside my house, on the ground, and on a counter -- no dice, no ability to interact. Never thought to attempt to verify until now. Not sure how this info was established, maybe Marblemadmax can shed light. Lizz (talk) 01:04, 9 April 2023 (UTC)

I never verified this in game either - but had this reported to me. If it's been tested I assume it never worked and the report was in error! -- Marblemadmax (talk) 02:12, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
