Energy is a resource tracked by a blue bar under the player experience bar. It depletes each time the player does an action - like fishing or mining.
Energy can be restored by eating food, either raw ingredients or meals (which can provide a bonus to Energy level represented by a yellow bar over the blue).
When the player has run out of energy they'll be unable to take some actions until they eat or they wait for the energy meter to replenish itself.
