Ursula wouldn't be in Scrooge's, and I'm guessing since Ariel doesn't go to Remy's, she probably doesn't go to Scrooge's either, due to her water-possible status. If the same logic applies, I'm predicting that Scar and/or Mickey might be in the 6am-8am slot, but I don't wake up early enough on the regular to verify. I furthermore suspect that there are set times in which Villagers are right outside of their homes or in their homes, but not sleeping. This could certainly be looked into from a completeness standpoint, but I personally think it's less of a priority.
