I've been trying to solve the puzzle of the item counts in the non-disney section, and this is my current working theory:
*Version 1.0 (441)-->1.1.5 (464) (+23)
**5 crafted
**6 store (beige/black/white rose/wheel gothic windows)
**6 star path items
**6 special tasks items - these items were allocated in the Furniture Collection count, but not actually tracked until 1.2 (possibly a bug in implementing Special Tasks for first time?)
*Version 1.1.5 (464)-->1.1.5 (480) (+16)
**4 crafted
**1 crafted/pickup (campfire)
**2 star path
**2 special task
**7 store (5 gift boxes, 2 rugs)
*Version 1.2 (480)-->1.3 (505) (+25)
**3 crafted

**14 store (calathea in basket x3, orchid in pot x3, philodendron in pot x5, mini-saguaro in pot x3) (known)

I know it seems weird, but I kind of think that the "basic" dressers (black/dark wood/medium wood/pale wood/white) were added in 1.3, and then there's 1 remaining unknown item added in 1.3 (and 1 lingering unknown item from 1.0 that has no semi-sure speculated item). Once 1.3 released, the dressers were actually reported kind of quickly (well, 2 of them anyway), so it seems weird to me that they would have been missed over 4-5 months of gameplay.
 
Alternately, say instead that all of the basic dressers WERE accounted for since 1.0 - then that means there's 4 items categorized as 1.0 that are actually 1.3 (assuming that the other unknown is also added in 1.3). Even the speculated items notwithstanding, I just couldn't see a grouping of any 4 items, or even 4 individual items, that hadn't been encountered and confirmed prior to the latest update.

Update 2023.04.02 - Now that White-Base Glass Desk has been confirmed, Black-Base Glass Desk likely also exists, and they were likely both introduced in 1.0. I previously thought we were looking for 1 1.0 unknown item and 1 1.3 unknown item. This means that by my counts, there is now 1 item allocated to 1.0 which should be allocated to 1.3. Although it's inconsistent with how this game typically seems to do things (for example, we've realized that items like Scar's friendship rewards were added to the collection counts in 1.0, although they weren't obtainable until 1.1.5), the only item I can think of that might be relevant is Wooden Lamppost with Blue Light - an item which has been in the game since 1.0, but wasn't made attainable until a recipe change in 1.3. Frequently when I make changes on the page, the action takes a long time to complete after pressing "save changes" and then appears to fail ("This page isn’t working. dreamlightvalleywiki.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"). However, when I reload the page, my changes have often (but not always) taken effect, and a history log can be viewed on the Collection page itself. However, it doesn't appear that a history log appears on the Recent Changes page for the wiki overall. Perhaps fewer images should be pulled in?
