Dinglehopper is a Timebending gift found when using the Royal Hourglass to uncover hidden treasure.
It has a chance to be found in all biomes, and requires hourglass level 0 to discover. It provides a Universe and Hangout Bonus to characters from the The Little Mermaid universe. Once collected it will be added to the Timebending Collection.
