Star Coins are the primary currency in Disney Dreamlight Valley. They're used to build houses, upgrade buildings, and purchase clothing and furniture.

Acquisition

Star coins can be earned in a variety of ways;

• Selling resources and meals at Goofy's Stalls
• Inside Green Reward Chests and Yellow Reward Chests
• Completing quests
• Clearing Night Thorns
• Serving meals at Chez Remy

Use

Star coins can be exchanged for a variety of goods and upgrades.

• Purchasing Clothing & Furniture from Scrooge's Store
• Purchasing seeds and ingredients from Goofy's Stall
• Building villager homes
• Upgrading the player's house exterior
• Adding floors and rooms to the player's house
• Upgrading stores like Chez Remy, Scrooge's Store, and Goofy's Stalls.
• Upgrading Moana's Boat and WALL-E's Garden
• Completing Dreamlight and event tasks
