Yam Seed is a seed type which can be planted and harvested to obtain Ingredients.

They can be purchased from Goofy's Stall in Ancient's Landing. They can also drop as a reward from clearing Splinters of Fate in the Ancient's Landing (max 1 per drop).

It takes 15 minutes to grow and 2 total waterings until 1 Yam can be harvested.

They can be planted in any Biome, but will grow 10% faster when planted in the Ancient's Landing (the Biome where they can be purchased). This accelerated growth is denoted in the UI by a caret (^) icon that appears on the upper left corner of the seed image when choosing a seed to plant in its preferred Biome.
