The Blue Shell can be collected inside Moana's Realm.

Upon entering Moana's Realm, turn right towards the incline. Turn right again and walk through the opening between the trees, towards the island in the water. The item will be located behind the large rock on the island.

Use

Use the Blue Shell to craft a Brilliant Blue Potion.
