Acquisition

Found inside the Vitalys Mine, across the rock bridge to the right. Keep walking straight past the minecarts, staying to the left continue to follow the tracks. Take a left towards the broke tracks and cross the large Night Thorn bridge. The item will be right in front of a filled minecart.

Use

Use the Blue Gem to craft a Brilliant Blue Potion.
