Wishing Wells provide Fast Travel teleportation to each Biome using the Map. The Player does not have to navigate to the Wishing Well and interact with it in order to utilize Fast Travel capabilities; they can also access the Fast Travel Controls to easily teleport to a repaired Wishing Well from any location in the Valley.

Unlocking

The Plaza Wishing Well is unlocked automatically, and the Peaceful Meadow Wishing Well is unlocked during the early-game quest Friendship Is Everything. All other Wishing Wells can be unlocked by paying Star Coins to repair them.

Plaza Wishing Well Appearance Progression

As the player completes achievements in the Dreamlight Menu, the appearance of the Plaza Wishing Well evolves to reflect the player's progress. Initially the Wishing Well looks dingy and overgrown with plants, but by the final stage a flourishing tree wraps around the sparkling Well.

This evolving appearance only applies to the main Plaza Wishing Well; other Biome Wishing Wells have a standard appearance.

Repairing this Well means you can quickly travel here from anywhere in the Valley. That sounds like a quality deal to me. →  Let's fix the Well. (Use 10000 ) The Well is fixed! Smartly done, PLAYER. →  Perhaps some other time. This Well won't repair itself, you know. Come back when you're serious about investing in the Valley.
