Eggstravaganza is a limited-time annual event during which seasonal eggs can be collected in the Valley, which enables players to complete certain Village Dreamlight tasks. It most recently ran from on March 27 to April 17, 2024. It also ran from April 8 to April 29, 2023.

Repeating daily and weekly quests are available by speaking to WALL-E. 3 Egg-cellent Fruit Bushes will spawn in the Plaza at the beginning of the event, and Wild Spring Eggs will spawn across the Valley and can be foraged from the ground throughout the event.

Original Introduction

From April 8th to April 29th, celebrate the arrival of Spring with the largest egg hunt that the Valley has seen (well, since before the Forgetting…). To participate in this year’s event, you’ll be tasked with collecting eggs from a variety of sources – no, the ones in Chez Remy don’t count. In addition to Wild Spring Eggs you’ll find around the Valley, you’ll be able to plant the equally colorful and nutritional Spring V-EGG-etables in your gardens, and collect Egg-cellent Fruit from the very normal and naturally occurring Egg Fruit bush.

Unique to this event is a brand-new mechanic – Daily and Weekly quests! These will be repeatable quests throughout the event period that will require crafting, collecting, and chasing rabbits. Completing these quests will reward you with a variety of extra event materials obtainable through other event-related methods (like finding eggs around the Valley), so if you miss a day, you won’t be missing out on the fun. Speak to WALL·E on or after April 8th to get started!
