Rainbow Potion is a secret quest item which is can be crafted after collecting all six colors of potatoes and refining them into potions.
Acquisition
It can be crafted after collecting a group of colored potions during the Mysterious Golden Potato Questline. All biomes in the valley will need to be unlocked to complete this questline. Each of the colored potions are derived from one of the six colored potatoes:
Gleaming Gold Potion (from 
Mysterious Golden Potato)
Raging Red Potion (from 
Red Potato)
Electrifying Orange Potion (from 
Orange Potato)
Brilliant Blue Potion (from 
Blue Potato)- Royal Purple Potion (from
Purple Potato)
