During the quest there are three related clocks to collect. They can be heard when nearby where they are found:

Rumba: In a gold fishing pool The Docks in Ancient's Landing. Collect by fishing using the Fishing Pole.
Conga: Under a rock in the south-east area of The Lagoon in the Wild Tangle. Break the rock using the Pickaxe.
Waltz: Under an umbrella in the The Borderlands in the Glittering Dunes. Dig up using the Shovel.
