Alien Toy is a quest item which is collected from the floor inside Woody's Carousel and around Dreamlight Valley. Gathering three is an objective of the quest A Bit of a Fixer Upper, and gathering four more is an objective of Wanted: Aliens.

Gathering 25 is an objective of the quest Collect 'Em All: Little Green Men!. During this quest all alien toys will not appear the first day - after accepting the quest, 9 Alien Toys will appear on the ground in the valley - one in each of the eight biomes and one more in a random biome. After approximately 36 hours, 8 more Alien Toys will appear - one in each of the eight biomes. The final 8 Alien Toys will appear after approximately 36 hours from the second set - again, one in each of the eight biomes. It will therefore take approximately 72 hours to complete this quest.

The quest Collect 'Em All: Strangers from the Outside! requires gathering 15 from inside Villager Houses. The first 8 toys will be available to find after accepting the quest, and about 36 hours later the remaining 7 will appear. The initial houses where they can be found are Mickey's House, Frozen Castle, Buzz's RV, Donald's Boat, Goofy's House, Merlin's Tower, Remy's House, and Woody's Carousel. The second round of seven toys can be found in Minnie's House, Buzz's RV, Donald's Boat, Goofy's House, Merlin's Tower, Remy's House, and Woody's Carousel.

Collect 'Em All: Attic Mode requires gathering 15 from inside Chez Remy and the Dream Castle. After accepting the quest, the first 8 can be found on the ground inside the restaurant and castle, and about 36 hours later, the remaining 7 can also be found between those locations.

Acquisition

A Bit of a Fixer Upper - Collect 3 from the floor inside Woody's Carousel.

Wanted: Aliens - Collect 4 of these from around the Valley. The locations are;

Under Dazzle Beach's Sand (Digging sparkling alien spot)
Frozen in ice near a waterfall (Inside ice block next to river, use pickaxe to break)
In the ground near the Giant Willow (Sparkling spot on ground near tree in Glade of Trust)
In Scar's Cave (On floor inside cave)

Collect 'Em All: Little Green Men! - On the ground in all biomes. After accepting the quest, 9 Alien Toys will appear on the ground in the valley - one in each of the eight biomes and one more in a random biome. After approximately 36 hours, 8 more Alien Toys will appear - one in each of the eight biomes.
