Description

This template generates a text description using key properties of an item. It structures all descriptions in the following format:

• What the item is (type, universe, short function description if relevant)
• How to obtain the item. Whether or not the item is tracked in any Collections.
• How to equip or place the item. Any functions the item has.

Usage

The convention is to add an ItemDescription section immediately below the infoBox, as the second item on the page. There are multiple possible parameters, which are partially outlined below.

from specifies how the item is obtained. Some values require additional values to also be provided in order to correctly generate a description.

Possible Values:

• Founder's Pack: Standard Edition
• Founder's Pack: Deluxe Edition
• Founder's Pack: Ultimate Edition
• Default - Available and unlocked by default from the beginning of the game
• Default (Equipped) - Available and unlocked by default from the beginning of the game, and either applied House Dream Style or equipped Clothing item
• Default, Crafting - One is available and unlocked by default when beginning a new game, and additional items can be crafted
• Default, Scrooge's Store - One is available and unlocked by default when beginning a new game, and additional items can be purchased from Scrooge's Store (Memory Frame)
• Feeding Critters
• Blueprint Table - Items that first require purchasing their Blueprint at Eric's Blueprint Table before they can be crafted. Must also specify the recipePrice parameter
• Crafting
• Pickup, Crafting - must also specify the found parameter
• Level - must also specify the playerLevel parameter
• Friendship - Items that are rewarded for reaching Friendship Levels. Must also specify the character, friendshipLevel, and recipePrice parameters
• Friendship, Blueprint Table - (Donald Friendship Rewards) must also specify the character and friendshipLevel parameters
• Crafted for Quest - Crafted during a quest and not available prior to the quest. Must also specify the questName, questRealm (if applicable), character, and friendshipLevel (if applicable) parameters.
• Quest, Crafting - Will be crafted during a Quest, but can also be crafted prior to and independently of the quest. This is intended for use for resource-intensive items, such as the Rustic Clock Tower or Blue and Silver Balloon Arch. Must also specify the questName, questRealm (if applicable), character, and friendshipLevel (if applicable) parameters. Provide rewardContainer (if relevant). Should also specify questStage, if not, generic language is used.
• Quest - must also specify the questName, questRealm (if applicable), character, and friendshipLevel (if applicable) parameters. Should also specify questStage, if not, generic language is used.

clothingCollection

clothingCollection specifies whether an item is tracked in the Clothing Sets tab on the Collection menu. There will be exactly one value: yes or no. If no value is provided, the Clothing Collection is not mentioned.

Specifies whether an item is tracked on the Critters tab on the Collection menu. There will be exactly one value: yes or no. If no value is provided, the Critter Collection is not mentioned.

Specifies whether an item is tracked on the Crafting tab on the Collection menu. There will be exactly one value: yes or no. If no value is provided, the Crafting Collection is not mentioned.

Specifies whether an item is tracked on the Furniture Sets tab on the Collection menu. There will be exactly one value: yes or no. If no value is provided, the Furniture Collection is not mentioned.

functions

functions specifies if the item has any functionality, interactive or otherwise, once placed in the game world. If defined, a brief clause or word alluding to the functionality will be added to the first line of the description, and a short description of the functionality will be added to the third paragraph of the description.

It can be found in a Clothing Bag inside a Green Reward Chest in Scrooge's Store, and also has a chance to be available for purchase as rotating stock from Scrooge's Store. Once collected it is added to the Clothing Set Collection.

It can be equipped using the Wardrobe menu inside the Inventory.

Companion

Celestial Sea Turtle is a limited time Sea Turtle Premium Companion.

It is available to players who purchase the Founder's Pack: Deluxe Edition or Founder's Pack: Ultimate Edition. It is not tracked in the Critter Collection.

It can be equipped while outside using the Wardrobe menu inside the Inventory, under the Companions category. Once equipped, it will follow the Player as they move between Biomes and wander nearby. Companions can also be photographed in unique poses using Photo Mode, or housed in a Companion Home.

Crafted Furniture

Wooden Lamppost with Blue Light is a non-themed piece of lighting craftable furniture.

It can be crafted and collected using a Crafting Station. Once collected it is added to both the Crafting Collection and the Furniture Set Collection.

It can be positioned and placed using the Furniture menu inside the Inventory. Once it is placed in the world, the Player can Interact with the object to toggle the light on and off.

Dream Style - Character

Ranger Donald is a Character Dream Style that can be applied to the Mickey & Friends Character Donald Duck.

It was available to unlock and collect for a limited time during the Disney Parks Star Path event using 50 Parks Tokens from the Tier 5 Premium Rewards.

It can be applied from the Characters tab of the Collections menu.

Dream Style - House

Purple Cottage is a House Dream Style that can be applied to the Player's House.

It is available to purchase in the Purple Cottage bundle from the Premium Shop for 3,000 Moonstones.

It can be applied using the Furniture menu inside the Inventory by picking up the Player's House, which enables an option to Replace, and then choosing a replacement House Dream Style. The Player's House must be fully upgraded to change its Dream Style. It can be also be placed in the Valley as an additional House.

Dream Style - Tool

Nefarious Fishing Rod is a Tool Dream Style that can be applied to the Fishing Pole.

It is available to purchase in the Nefarious Set bundle from the Premium Shop for 3,750 Moonstones. It is not tracked in the Clothing Set Collection.

It can be applied using the Wardrobe menu inside the Inventory, inside the Tools category.

Furniture - Friendship Reward

Snowgies Plushie is a Frozen themed piece of furniture.

It is automatically rewarded after reaching Friendship Level 5 with Olaf. Once collected it is added to the Furniture Set Collection and more can be ordered from Scrooge's Catalog.

It can be positioned and placed using the Furniture menu inside the Inventory. It can be placed either on the ground or on surfaces.

Volcanic Stove is a The Lion King themed piece of Cooking Station furniture.

It is obtained as a reward from the Scar Friendship Level 10 quest The Making of a Monarch. Once collected it is added to the Furniture Set Collection.

It can be positioned and placed using the Furniture menu inside the Inventory. Once it is placed in the world, the Player can Use the object to prepare cooked Meals.

Note

The ability to purchase this from Scrooge's Catalog after unlocking it was removed in update 1.2. Since that update it can still be purchased from Scrooge's Catalog for 1 Star Coins, but only if the Player is "Hanging Out" with Scar while shopping.

Temporary Quest Furniture

It is obtained during the Buzz Lightyear Friendship Level 10 quest The Definition of a Hero.
