Eternity Isle is a game island part of the paid expansion A Rift in Time, which released on December 5, 2023. Developers announced it during a Dreamlight Valley Showcase stream.

It is available to players who purchase the A Rift in Time expansion, and also included in the Apple Arcade edition.

It has three biomes - the method to unlock the island and each biome is not yet known.

When you do, you can explore another area of the Glittering Dunes... the Wastes! →  I'll channel the magic of the Hourglass... (Use 4000 ) Splendid, PLAYER! You can now visit the Wastes -- a desert blinded by a blistering sun. Eh, you might want to bring a hat. →  I'm not quite ready yet... What?! No, no. There's no time to waste! We have far too much to explore here. Remember... the Mist is connected to the magic of your Hourglass and to Eternity Isle itself. You must keep uncovering wonders with you Hourglass and continue to make Eternity Isle a home. As you do, you'll gain the Mist required!

Investigate [Oasis]

PLAYER, I see you've found another mysterious Time Rift. This too is connected to the magic of your Hourglass. Channel the magical Mist within it to mend this wound in time and space... When you do, you can explore another area of the Glittering Dunes... the Oasis! →  I'll channel the magic of the Hourglass... (Use 6000 ) My congratulations, PLAYER! At last, you're able to visit the Oasis, a lush haven surrounded by glittering sands. →  I'm not quite ready yet... Well, don't take too much time, PLAYER. Discoveries await! Remember... the Mist is connected to the magic of your Hourglass and to Eternity Isle itself. You must keep uncovering wonders with your Hourglass and continue to make Eternity Isle a home. As you do, you'll gain the Mist required!

Investigate [Borderlands]

PLAYER, I see you've found another mysterious Time Rift. This too is connected to the magic of your Hourglass. Channel the magical Mist within it to mend this wound in time and space... When you do, you can explore another area of the Glittering Dunes... the Borderlands! →  I'll channel the magic of the Hourglass... (Use 10000 ) XXXXXXXXXX →  I'm not quite ready yet... Yes, well, that's all fine and good. But there's much to do here. We mustn't take too long. Remember... the Mist is connected to the magic of your Hourglass and to Eternity Isle itself. You must keep uncovering wonders with your Hourglass and continue to make Eternity Isle a home. As you do, you'll gain the Mist required!

Investigate [Grove]

PLAYER, I see you've found another mysterious Time Rift. This too is connected to the magic of your Hourglass. Channel the magical Mist within it to mend this wound in time and space... When you do, you can explore another area of the Wild Tangle... the Grove! →  I'll channel the magic of the Hourglass... (Use 4000 ) At last! You can explore the Grove, PLAYER! Why, it's almost as if this grove hums with life of its own, all waiting to be discovered! →  I'm not quite ready yet... Well, that's fine, but don't take long. There's much to discover, you know. Remember... the Mist is connected to the magic of your Hourglass and to Eternity Isle itself. You must keep uncovering wonders with your Hourglass and continue to make Eternity Isle a home. As you do, you'll gain the Mist required!

Investigate [Lagoon]

PLAYER, I see you've found another mysterious Time Rift. This too is connected to the magic of your Hourglass. Channel the magical Mist within it to mend this wound in time and space... When you do, you can explore another area of the Wild Tangle... the Lagoon! →  I'll channel the magic of the Hourglass... (Use 10000 ) Excellent work, PLAYER! You may now visit the Lagoon. I expect there are quite a few mysteries there to uncover. →  I'm not quite ready yet... Fine, fine. But be quick about it, PLAYER. This area of the Isle is quite crucial, you know. Remember... the Mist is connected to the magic of your Hourglass and to Eternity Isle itself. You must keep uncovering wonders with your Hourglass and continue to make Eternity Isle a home. As you do, you'll gain the Mist required!
