Ursula's Lair is a Villager House where Ursula lives. It is a standalone dark sea cave structure that the Player enters via a large, glowing eel's mouth. It is unlocked during the Ursula Friendship quest 
Lair Sweet Lair and costs 
8,000 to construct. It can only be placed in the Village on water.
Since it can be placed anywhere on water, including areas that the Player cannot access by foot, Ursula will always have the conversation option "Let's go see your House!", which will take the Player, Ursula, and any other following Characters to the location when selected.
