Peaceful Grotto is a Character House where Maui lives. It is a cave on a tropical island. It is unlocked during the Moana Realm quest A Feast Worthy of a Demigod and costs 5,000 to construct. It can only be placed in the Village on water.
Since it can be placed anywhere on water, including areas that the Player cannot access by foot, Maui will always have the conversation option "Let's go see your House!", which will take the Player, Maui, and any other following Characters to the location when selected.
