Dry Wood is a foraged material which can be found on the ground near trees in the Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands.
There are exactly 8 Dry Wood found in the Sunlit Plateau, 10 in the Frosted Heights, and 12 in the Forgotten Lands. A short time after one is picked, another will spawn in a 2x2 space near a tree in the same biome. It also has a chance to be sold at Kristoff's Stall. Once collected it will be added to the Dreamlight Valley Foraging Collection.
Foraged items can be placed in the world by highlighting them inside the Inventory window and selecting Drop. After it has been removed from inventory, it can be positioned using furniture placement mode.
