Daisy is a character from the classic Disney cartoons.
She can be unlocked during the quest You Have Mail!, which is offered by Mickey Mouse after completing the quest Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust. Mickey will give the player Daisy's House to place, and after constructing it she will move to the Valley.
Unlocking
Daisy Duck can be unlocked during the quest You Have Mail!, which is offered by Mickey Mouse after completing the quest Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust. When the quest begins, Mickey will give the player Daisy's House to place, and after spending 
20,000 to construct it Daisy will move to the Valley.
