Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift In Time is a paid Expansion Pass that is available digitally. It includes Moonstone icon.png 5,000 Moonstones. It does not include access to the base game of Disney Dreamlight Valley, which must be purchased separately. It is priced independently from the base game at $29.99 USD.

Purchasing the expansion unlocks the ability to travel to a new location: Eternity Isle (where unique characters, quests, and resources can be found) as well as unlocking the Eternity Isle sections inside the Collection menu.

There are three methods to unlock the expansion pack content:

A Rift In Time Expansion Pass

Once an ancient kingdom full of treasures and magical artifacts, Eternity Isle has become lost in time thanks to Jafar's meddling in magic. Journey to this faraway land and utilize a mysterious new Royal Tool -- the Hourglass -- as you discover new secrets and treasures, and decide if you can trust the nefarious Jafar. Stop Jafar's scheme to steal the Spark of Imagination, an ancient relic that holds the fabric of Dreamlight Valley together. With the help of the Hourglass, you are the key to fixing rifts in time and putting a stop to Jafar's evil plan!

Unravel a Whole New Story on Eternity Isle

Help unravel the schemes of the nefarious Jafar as you meet new friends and find treasures lost in time in a new story unfolding in three acts. Secrets from Dreamlight Valley's past can be uncovered using the new Royal Tool, the Hourglass, as you reveal what happened long before the Forgetting...

Discover a New Land to Explore and Decorate

Explore three new Biomes, each with new areas to explore and make your own -- from Ancient's Landing to the Glittering Dunes to the Wild Tangle. With a fully customizable layout, you can fill them up with lost treasures and exclusive Disney- and Pixar-inspired furniture.

Spend Time with Four New Villagers

Reunite EVE with WALL·E, help Rapunzel start an art class, take lessons in heroics from Gaston, and decide if you can really trust Jafar. Explore Eternity Isle with your new friends... or move them back to live in Dreamlight Valley! Play Scramblecoin, a new board game that your Villagers are waiting to play with you.

Wield the Royal Hourglass

Find a new Royal Tool, the Hourglass, and use its magic to find Relics lost in time and build Ancient Machines to help automate Activities such as gardening and cooking, and make it easier than ever to run your island. Take your new Hourglass back to Dreamlight Valley and explore the Realms to see what other treasures you can find!

Thank you for purchasing Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time. Make sure to claim the gift below and enjoy!
To access Eternity Isle and the Expansion Quests, you will have to complete the following Dreamlight Valley Story Quests first:
- "The Dream Castle" (Merlin's Quest)
- "Making Cents of Things" (Scrooge McDuck's Quest)
- "Fishing Expedition" (Goofy's Quest)
- "Scrooge McDuck's Grand Re-opening" (Scrooge McDuck's Quest)
Once claimed and the Story Quest completed, head over to the Plaza to receive your special invitation from Jafar. After that, you'll need to rendezvous with Merlin and complete "The Port of Many Worlds" Quest to make your first trip to a special place beyond Dreamlight Valley.
