Directive: Danger! is a Friendship Quest available from EVE.

The quest is only available to players who have purchased the expansion pack A Rift in Time. It automatically begins immediately after completing the quest The Flying Metal Nuisance.

There are a number of clues which require taking specific photographs to complete;

Ancient's Landing

• A giant tree with hanging lanterns near the well - Found in area near Player's House
• The small wooden boat you arrived in - At the end of one of the wooden docks in the water
• A giant statue face in a hallway - Found immediately upon entry of tunnel to The Courtyard from The Docks
• A strange sunken doorway between two waterfalls - West side of the Docks

Wild Tangle and Glittering Dunes

• A lady with long, braided blonde hair - Rapunzel
• A misplaced boat high up in the jungle - Located in west part of The Grove in the Wild Tangle
• A plant with very pointy teeth - Purple Fly Traps or Green Fly Traps in the Wild Tangle
• A man with an impossibly thick neck. - Gaston
• A snake - Wild critter in the Glittering Dunes
• A waterfall of sand - Beside Gaston's encampment, or the north-west corner of The Borderlands in the Glittering Dunes

Quest Text

EVE is still a little nervous about all the potential dangers around Eternity Isle.

You decide to help her by using your scanner... er, your Camera... to photograph some of them and show her they're not dangerous.

You reassure EVE that there are no dangers to worry about in Ancient's Landing. Now it's time to do some more scanning for dangers in the Wild Tangle!

You've finally scanned all the possible threats around the Island! It's time to return to EVE and reassure her.

Objectives

• EVE still seems a bit nervous...

• Talk to EVE.

• Take pictures around the Docks area of Ancient's Landing to reassure EVE:

• A giant tree with hanging lanterns near the well.
• The small wooden boat you arrived in.
• A giant statue face in a hallway.
• A strange sunken doorway between two waterfalls.

• Return to EVE.
• Fix the bridge between the Glittering Dunes and the Wild Tangle by progressing through the main story.
• Take pictures of possible dangers in the Wild Tangle and Glittering Dunes:

• A lady with long, braided blonde hair.
• A misplaced boat high up in the jungle.
• A plant with very pointy teeth.
• A man with an impossibly thick neck.
• A snake.
• A waterfall of sand.

• Return to EVE
