The Alien Toys required for this quest appear inside the Dream Castle and Remy's Restaurant. The first 8 toys will be available to find after accepting the quest, and about 36 hours later the remaining 7 will appear.

Initially 4 toys can be found in the castle, and 4 inside the restaurant. Then about 36 hours later the rest will appear in the castle and restaurant as well.

I have some new intel, Space Ranger, and the situation is critical. The remaining Aliens have gone into Attic Mode. They've tucked themselves away in some of the most hidden parts of the Village. →  We have to find them! XXXXX →  If they're asleep, are you sure it wouldn't be rude to wake them? XXXXX →  I wish I could go into Attic Mode. Sounds relaxing... Relaxing, maybe. But it gets lonely after a while. Toys are meant to be played with, not packed away. We need to search every dollhouse, shoebox, and trash receptacle we can find. You know the Valley better than I do, PLAYER. It's your settlement. So tell me... If you had to hide somewhere in this Village, where would you go? Once you know that, check there.
