Between a Skull Rock and a Hard Place is a Story Quest which starts after completing the quest Odds & Ends.

It begins after taking the Orb of Unity from the Dark Castle and placing it into the Pillar of Unity.

There is a short cutscene after completing the first objective, where the Skull Rock shakes a little bit.

Quest Text

Upon cleansing the Pillar of Unity on Skull Rock island, you notice some magic that seems to resonate around it.

Objectives

• Uncover the mystery of the Pillar of Unity on Skull Rock island.
• Talk to Merlin.

Notes

To complete the first objective, the player has to place all the pillars, after restoring all of them, in their respective symbols. After completing the quest, the pillars can be placed in their former places.
