Does Not Compute is an Eternity Isle Quest available from EVE. The quest begins after completing the quest The Sunken Ruins.

Quest Text

There's some sort of computer console in the Ancient Ruins. You Suspect that if anyone can hack into that thing... it would be EVE.

EVE would be happy to help you, but she's going to need a couple of upgrades first. Sounds like it's going to take quite the treasure hunt to find everything you need.

Eve gives you an old treasure map. It seems the ancient civilization scattered some sort of technology that could help EVE communicate with the Ancient Console in the ruins.

You create an Ancient Processor, but it doesn't work with any of EVE's ports. You'll need to learn more about how EVE works to make an adapter.

With everything you've created to upgrade her, EVE's sure to be able to work that Ancient Console now!

Objectives

• Talk to EVE.
• Investigate the map in your Inventory.
• Use all of your Tools to find ancient artifacts around Eternity Isle:

• (Press "Esc" and look at the treasure map in the Memories section of your Collection menu for help.)

• Ancient Slate.
• Ancient Dictionary.
• Ancient Processor Blueprint.
• Ancient Processor Crystal.
• Ancient Power Sphere.

• Gather ancient material with your Hourglass to make the Ancient Processor:

• Ancient Gear. (3)
• Ancient Plate. (3)
• Ancient Magnet. (3)

• Repair the Ancient Processor at a Timebending Table.
• Make sure you have the Ancient Processor in your Inventory. (1)
• Bring the Ancient Processor to EVE.
• You need to replicate EVE's tech. Take some pictures of items in EVE's House:

• Something round with holes.
• Some sort of power output.
• Some glassy globes.

• Gather materials for the Universal Adapter:

• Oasis Glass. (10)
• Plastic Scrap. (15)
• Copper. (15)
• Mechanical Parts. (3)
• Brass Ingot. (2)

• Craft the Universal Adapter.
• Make sure you have the Universal Adapter in your Inventory. (1)
• Bring the Universal Adapter to EVE.
