Into the West Wing! is a Realm Quest available from Belle.

It automatically starts after unlocking the Beauty and the Beast Realm inside the Dream Castle for 12,500.

Quest Text

You enter the Realm to find an empty castle. You'll need to explore to see if anyone is inside...

You find Belle in the library, surrounded by a storm of flying books. She asks for your help in catching them and calming things down.

Belle explains that she and the Beast had an argument because she snuck into the West Wing. You volunteer to find the secret passage in the library to check on him in his room.

You find Beast brooding in the West Wing. He's upset because he caught Belle trying to fix his old portrait. To help him, you and Belle decide to make him a new portrait using Dreamlight Magic.

• Find a way to get into the secret passage in the library.

• Bring what you've gathered to Belle.
• Put on the Candle Hat.
• Put on the Candlestick Disguise.
• Pass through the curtain in the secret passage to get to the West Wing.
• Talk to The Beast.
• Talk to Belle.
• Talk to Merlin in the Village.
• Craft an Enchanted Canvas.
• Bring the Enchanted Canvas to Belle in the Beauty and the Beast Realm.
• Follow Belle into the West Wing.
• Talk to Belle in the West Wing.
• Talk to The Beast in the West Wing.
• Talk to Belle.

Walkthrough

The quest will automatically begin once the requirements are met.

Enter the realm to begin progress

Once the player enters the realm, a cutscene will play showing the various areas of the realm, The Beast's human portrait, which fades to dark in a claw-mark way, and then a flying book.

Find and follow the flying book to the library, in which a cutsene will play showing a lot of flying books in the library, and cus to the player walking in.

After the cutscene, the player will be forced to talk to Belle.

Dialogue

player Belle, what's going on here? Why are there books flying everywhere?! Oh! I-- Do I know you? →  Let's focus on the books! I'm here to help. [unknown] →  I promise you can trust me. [unknown] →  That's a long story... One for a quieter moment, I think. I'm afraid this storm of flying books is being quite difficult. →  That's a good READ on the situation. You enjoy wordplay, too? Well, I'd love to discuss it with you later. But for now... →  I'm an expert book wrangler! [unknown] →  I've found some books difficult to reach before. [unknown] Will you help me catch them? Once we collect all the flying books, I can explain everything!

Belle will ask the player to collect some flying books.

The flying books will act like dropped items that always move, are a bit slower than the player's speed, and try to run away from them when approached.
