Monstrously Good Taste is a Friendship Quest available from Mike Wazowski.
It's available after reaching Friendship level 4 with Mike Wazowski, unlocking Scar, Vanellope, Sulley, and Remy, progressing with Scar, and clearing the path to the Sunlit Plateau.

Mike has been excitedly talking about his big plans – what could they be?
Mike's first step to bringing some monstrous vibes back into the Valley – classy cologne!
Perhaps the cologne didn't go over as planned, but Mike won't be deterred and now turns his attention to revolutionizing the fine dining scene with a special dish from back home.
Even if Mike and Sulley's tastes aren't shared by the rest of the Villagers, they still have each other and can share in their enjoyment of elevated comfort food such as the Gourmet Rot Dog.
Objectives
