The Power of Knowledge is a Friendship Quest available from Sulley.

It's available after reaching Friendship level 7 with Sulley.

Quest Text

Sulley wants to teach Vanellope about the wonders of electricity. He asks for your help to craft a Lemon Clock as study material.

Lemon Clock in hand, Sulley goes to see Vanellope to explain to her the secrets of power and electricity.

His first attempt to teach Vanellope about electricity didn't go too well. You should check in with him.

After realizing the Frightcade Game power system needs to be upgraded to Dreamlight Magic, you decide to do it.

Once the arcade game is fixed, Sulley tells you he wants you to place it where you want in the Valley.
