Lost Loves and Missing Memories is a Friendship Quest available from Anna.

It's available after reaching Friendship level 4 with her, unlocking Kristoff, progressing with Mother Gothel, and clearing the path to the Sunlit Plateau.

The climbing gear on Dazzle Beach can be found just outside the entrance to the cave where Ursula is first encountered.

Anna is upset about Kristoff's memories and desperate to find some way to restore them.

Kristoff's memories of Anna are still not coming back. She asks for your help.

You decide to find Kristoff's old climbing gear to see if that jogs his memory.
