The Guardian Party is a Friendship Quest available from Mushu.

It is offered after leveling Friendship with Mushu to level 10, and unlocking Scar, Buzz Lightyear, and Woody.

Quest Text

Mushu looks annoyed... What's wrong? Better talk to him.

Mushu says he's noticed Scar bothering some of the smaller Villagers in the Valley. He asks you to take testimonials from them.

The testimonials confirm what Mushu feared: Scar's been bullying Villagers smaller than him. Mushu decides to create The Tiny Villagers Society to address this issue. This starts with having furniture the right size for society members -- including tiny chairs.
