It's available after reaching Friendship level 2 with The Fairy Godmother.

Quest Text

The Fairy Godmother loves to live in the Forgotten Lands, but the other Villagers don't seem to share her enthusiasm. She has a theory that all the fire is to blame and enlists you to help her. She thinks Merlin could be of some help too.

Objectives

• Listen to the Fairy Godmother and Merlin
• Talk to the Fairy Godmother
• Gather materials for the Icy Enchantment:

• Tourmaline (3)
• Snowball (15)
• Dream Shard (5)
• Purple Impatiens (5)
• Empty Vial (1)

• Craft the Icy Enchantment
• Use the Icy Enchantment in your Inventory
• Use your Watering Can to remove the Green Fires in the Forgotten Lands (5)
• Report back to the Fairy Godmother
• Decorate the Forgotten Lands to make them more appealing by adding:

• Seating (3)
• Outdoor Lighting (4)
• Paths (25)

• Talk to the Fairy Godmother
• Follow the Fairy Godmother
• Talk to the Fairy Godmother
